Camp Policy
No parents or visitors are allowed on the camp grounds except to deliver or pick up campers. (Exception: Arrangements must be made with the Camp Director). The development of a spirit of togetherness is one of the great values of camping. The intrusion of visitors reduces the positive influence.
Roommate choices must be of the same age group. Cabins are assigned by age groupings (i.e. 8, 8-9, 9-10, etc.) Requests placing more than 3 from any church together will be denied. We do not honor requests for counselors. Part of the camp experience is meeting and making new friends. At the conclusion of camp, campers will only be released to the person designated by the parent on the application.
Camp Begins: Monday at 10:00am
Camp Ends: Friday at 11:00am
Campers will be in program until 11:00am Friday. Parents should plan to pick up campers at 11:15am.
Registration open between 10-11am Monday August 4th, 2003

What to Bring
Must haves...Bible, washcloth, notebook, toothbrush, pencil, toothpaste, sleeping bag, soap, camp clothing, flashlight, swimsuit, towel and of course a SMILE! Optional...Camera KNIVES, FIREWORKS, TOBACCO, SHAVING CREAM, RADIOS, VIDEO GAMES, PAGERS, TAPE RECORDERS, SPENDING MONEY, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CAMP! Please mark all clothing and personal items for identification; the camp is not responsible for any loss. All clothing and swimming wear must be compatible to Christian ideals. |

Registration Details
Send Registration Forms to: Make Checks payable to your local church. Your registration form will be mailed to us by your local church, along with ONE church check, payable to SS Ministries for all campers. Campers will only be pre-registered when full payment is received by July 15.In case of illness, etc., tuition is refundable, less $15.00 processing fee. Please fully complete and sign both forms: Registration and Medical Authorization, and mail to above address. Do Not send Registration forms to Mt. Gilead!
