Mt Gilead has requested and additional release form for the use of the Skate Park from the parents. Kids you will have to bring your own equipment!!

Registration Details
Send Registration Forms to: Make Checks payable to your local church. Your registration form will be mailed to us by your local church, along with ONE church check, payable to SS Ministries for all campers. Campers will only be pre-registered when full payment is received by July 15.In case of illness, etc., tuition is refundable, less $15.00 processing fee. Please fully complete and sign both forms: Registration and Medical Authorization, and mail to above address. Do Not send Registration forms to Mt. Gilead!
